In this session students learn that mental health affects everyone. We are all on the mental health continuum, we will all experience both languishing and flourishing mental health throughout our life, and wherever we are on the mental health continuum, God is with us.
This session features the story of Ella, who lives with anxiety and depression. The symptoms Ella describes and the steps she took towards recovery are unique to her. Students who resonate with Ella’s experience are encouraged to talk to a trusted adult, doctor, or counselor.
