We live in a culture starved for meaning, and people are willing to look for it almost anywhere. This has led to an entire subculture of gurus, “mindfulness” and yoga, and some Catholics aren’t sure whether they should be involved.
Alex Frank was deeply immersed in that world; his spiritual director was one of the top yoga spiritual directors in the entire United States! But his search for truth eventually brought him to the Catholic Faith, and I brought him on to talk about the dangers that yoga poses to Catholics.
