sin embargo, el estigma sobre este tema silencia a muchos y no permite que las comunidades
de fe respondan de una manera compasiva y afectiva. En este curso, dividido en ocho sesiones
y diseñado para ser aplicado en grupos pequeños, se explora la realidad de la salud mental y
sus aflicciones, además de la crucial necesidad de fomentar conversaciones sobre el tema
dentro de las comunidades de fe. Cada sesión incluye un video presentando las experiencias y
retos de católicos que viven con enfermedades mentales, además de proporcionar consejos
por parte de distintos arzobispos, teólogos y psicólogos. El curso también incluye una Guía del
Líder, una Guía del Participante y varios recursos educativos.
