This program in Spanish (with English subtitles) is part of the Marriage: Unique for a Reason series, an initiative of the USCCB Subcommittee for the Promotion and Defense of Marriage. The purpose of this initiative is to assist Catholics and all people of good will, to understand the unique meaning of marriage as the union of one man and one woman. This film invites viewers into a compelling story about a faithful marriage of fifty years and a Young couple skeptical of marriage. This program is intended to be used with the Study Guide that helps the viewer understand the unique meaning of marriage through the reflection of five themes: sexual difference and complementarity, the common good, religious freedom, and persons who experience same-sex attraction.
