Confession (also known as the Sacrament of Reconciliation) is a sacrament where Catholics receive forgiveness for their sins, and restores them to life in Christ and the Church. When you feel prompted by the Holy Spirit, don’t be afraid to seek healing and forgiveness through the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
