Breath in, breath out. You’ve been breathing, mostly unconsciously, since approximately 10 seconds after your birth. Breathing is one of the few processes in our body that usually occurs unconsciously, but it can also be controlled consciously. We don’t usually decide to breathe. We each take more than 25,000 breaths in a day. It’s pretty wild; we do have a relationship with our breath. Breathing is a crazy phenomenon in our lives. Did you know the Bible mentions the ‘breath of God’? Perhaps this mystery can draw us into an understanding of God’s life.
