In this session, Dr. Barber addresses the common misconception that salvation is like “fire insurance”:that it’s all about saving people from the fires of Hell. Jesus doesn’t simply save us from Hell; he also saves us for something wonderful:“abundant life.” Dr. Barber explains how a proper understanding of the Old Testament concepts of law and covenant reveals the essential link between God’s law and our happiness and fulfillment.
