The town is abuzz and reporters Art Jameson and April Martin are on the scene to cover the excitement of the day. But not everyone is thrilled about the Grand Depot’s re-opening. When the loud explosion of a smoke bomb rattles through the depot, the Grand Opening is thrown off the rails.
