As Our Lord is taken down from the Cross and his lifeless body is placed into the tomb, there his glorious light shines into the darkness and rises victoriously! The lives of Sts. Peter and Paul provide clear and compelling evidence of a glorious life beyond the grave because they were witnesses to it!
