Saint Augustine preached, “God provides the wind, but man must raise the sails.” So, one could say that “God provides us children, but parents must raise them right.” In post-Christian America, the sons and daughters of America need good Christian fathers to raise them right because there is so much wrong and utterly corrupt in modern-day culture. Virtues and morals are not anachronisms of a bygone era. Gifted by God, virtues and morals are timeless values designed for fathers and mothers live and instill in their beloved children. America needs more Josephs to help our Marys raise our precious children. During this episode, we will meet two wonderful Christian fathers, a Roman Catholic and a non-denominational Protestant, who are raising their good kids the right way. Their stories and insights will warm your heart and perhaps even inspire your parenting.
