The continent of Africa has yielded thousands of Christian martyrs. At least 20% of all African citizens regularly suffer persecution. Persistent Christian persecution and holy martyrdom also exist in large African countries such as the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda. Three wonderful African priests of the ancient religious order of the Crosier Fathers and Brothers share the horrifying yet inspiring stories of Christian martyrs and saints in Nigeria, Congo, and Uganda as examples of what is occurring throughout the African continent.
