Join this discussion as Kim shares some of the bottom-line basics of what constitutes healthy eating, as well as some simple ways to manage feeding healthy food to your busy family.
Kim is a mother of many, living on a small farm. She earned her PhD in Natural Health and owns and operates St. Raphael's Nutrition, LLC, a natural health consulting firm.
