"Cuídate a ti mismo, para poderte dar": Solo quien está unido a Dios y ha tenido una fuerte experiencia de Dios, puede ofrecerlo a los demás; Jesús nos ofrece a Dios, porque él mismo tiene un fuerte contacto con Él. Este contacto con Dios viene de apartarse de las multitudes, incluidos sus discípulos, para poder estar a solas con Dios. Los evangelios hablan del descanso de Jesús, pero el único lugar donde Jesús encuentra reposo y descanso, es en el contacto y la comunión con su Padre Dios; si queremos comunicar esta experiencia de Dios a nuestros hijos, tenemos que imitar a Jesús en su tiempo a solas con Dios.
